Strength Markers

Five minutes, once a month.

Four home tests for what protein is meant to protect: your legs, your balance, your upper body, and getting up off the floor. Record them today, retest next month, and watch the line.

Go at your own pace. Stop if anything hurts or you feel dizzy. Skip the floor test if you have a knee or hip injury, and keep a wall close for the balance test.
